  • Spring Showcase: May 30th

    East-West School of International Studies is excited to welcome you to our annual Spring Showcase on May 30th! This year's concert will be featuring: K-Pop Club, High School Concert Band, and High School Chorus. Held in the school's auditorium, doors will open at 5:00pm with the concert starting promptly at 5:30pm.

    This is a free admission event, however tickets must be reserved for entry. Tickets will be checked at the door. Any non-EWSIS student must be accompanied by a parent/guardian of an EWSIS student.

    ¡La Escuela de Estudios Internacionales East-West se complace en darle la bienvenida a nuestra Exhibición de Primavera anual el 30 de mayo!   • Parent-Teacher Conferences: May 23

    You can set up a meeting and speak with your child's teachers using the link below.  The virtual Parent conferences are on Thursday May 23, 2024, and will run from 4:30 PM- 7:30 PM. 

    Instructions to set up a Parent-Teacher Conference:

    1. Please click the link below and select a time and date for the teacher you choose
    2. You will also then enter your name, your child's name, your email address, your phone number, and the language that you speak.
    3. You will finalize your booking by hitting the blue "Book" button at the bottom of the screen.

     

    **Any conferences booked must be done at least 2 hours prior from the time of the conference time you want.

  • Tea with the Principal: May 10th

  • PTA FunDrive: May 18th

    Good afternoon East-West Community,

     

    The East-West's PTA Committee is holding a FunDrive fundraiser event on Saturday, May 18th, 2024 from 8:30am to 11:30am. This fundraiser is to help raise money for the Class of 2024's senior trip. The PTA is collecting used clothes, household goods, books, and many more items. For more information, please look at the attached event flyer in this email.

  • April 18th: No Zero Period Living Environment Lab (Yep)

    Good Afternoon, This is the East-West School of International Studies calling with an important announcement for our 0 Period Lab students with Ms. Yep.  Tomorrow, April 18th, lab will be cancelled.  There will be no 0 period lab tomorrow.  Please have students report to school at 8:00 am.

  • Middle School Schedule Changes: April 11th & 12th (ELA State Exams for Grades 6 & 7)

    All 6th Grade/7th Grade Families:

     

    ELA state exams will be held on Thursday, April 11 and Friday, April 12 for all students in grades 6 and 7. Students should report to school at 8 AM. The test is untimed. Students will have lunch at 11:15 AM. Zero period Physical Education class is canceled on Thursday, April 11 and Friday, April 12. 

     

    All 8th Grade Families:

     

    Zero period Physical Education class is canceled on Thursday, April 11 and Friday, April 12 in order to facilitate 6th and 7th grade ELA state exams. All students will have lunch at 11:15 AM. ELA state exams for 8th grade students will be held on April 16th and April 17th.

  • March 19 and 26: Seniors Report to School at 10:30 AM

    On Tuesday, March 19th, and Tuesday, March 26th, Seniors will attend school starting at 10:30 AM, in order to facilitate SAT testing for other grades. All Seniors should follow their regular class schedule from Periods 4 through 8 on Tuesday, March 19th, and Tuesday, March 26th, starting at 10:30 AM on both days.
