  • On September 28, Students and parents came out to the school on a Saturday morning to learn about senior dues, college applications, senior activities, and financial aid.  Participation was high at this early morning information session that ran for an hour and a half.

The Senior Advisory team conveyed how very excited they were to have the opportunity to guide the students through the last phase of their academic journey at East-West and prepare them for the real world.

Special cheers from our principal, Mr. Sherman,  "to Clarice, Jeannie, Effie, Maggie, Sue Jen, and Wen for planning and implementing a successful Senior Breakfast.  As we prepare our 5th graduating class for their transition to college, there is a lot of work to be done and their work today has made it easier. Thanks!"

East-West students took a trip to the University of Albany to see the campus and visit with some students from the Class of 2013. Students had the opportunity to tour the campus, meet with an Admissions Counselor and have lunch in one of the dining halls. We also visited Sage College of Albany and met with the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions.
