  • Mid Term Exams and MLK Phone Blast 1/12 - 1/20

    Midterm Exams 1/12-1/20/21

    Good evening, this is the East-West School calling with 2 important
    messages. All students will have midterm exams in all courses that meet 5
    (or more) periods per week. Midterm exams will be from January 12th to
    January 20th. ELA is on Tuesday, January 12th, Social Studies is on
    Thursday, January 14th, Math is on Friday, January 15th, Science is on
    Tuesday, January 19th, World Languages, Arts and Health Courses is on
    Wednesday, January 20th. In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day,
    there will be no school for students on Monday, January 18th. If you have
    missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at

    Buenas noches, este es el llamado de la Escuela East-West con 2 mensajes
    importantes. Todos los estudiantes tendrán exámenes parciales en todos los
    cursos que cumplan 5 (o más) períodos por semana. Los exámenes parciales
    serán del 12 al 20 de enero. ELA es el martes 12 de enero, Estudios Sociales
    es el jueves 14 de enero, Matemáticas es el viernes 15 de enero, Ciencias es
    el martes 19 de enero, Idiomas del mundo, los cursos de artes y salud son el
    miércoles 20 de enero. En observancia del Día de Martin Luther King Jr., no

  • Thanksgiving Break: 11/26-11/27

    Good morning, this is the East-West School of International Studies calling with an
    important message. In celebrating Thanksgiving , there will be no school for
    students on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th. Students will

  • 100% Remote Learning Effective 11/19/20

    School Closed – Remote Learning takes effect November 19, 2020

    The mayor just announced that NYC schools will shift to 100% Remote Learning
    tomorrow. All NYC school buildings will be temporarily closed starting tomorrow.
    Reopening information will be shared as soon as it is available. All students are
    expected to sign on for Remote Learning each day from home.

    El alcalde acaba de anunciar que las escuelas de la ciudad de Nueva York
    cambiarán mañana al 100% de aprendizaje remoto. Todos los edificios escolares
