Good evening, this is the East-West School of International Studies calling with an
important message. All East-West 11th graders are invited to take the SAT at our school for
free on Tuesday April 13. Students should arrive between 7:40 AM and 7:55 AM via the
Main Entrance Lobby. All students, both Blended and Remote learners, are encouraged to
take the exam. Any student who does not test on April 13 will be automatically scheduled
for the make-up exam on April 27. Students must wear a face covering that covers their
mouth and nose for the entire time that they are in the school building. Students who arrive
after 8:10 AM will not be admitted and will be sent home. If you have any questions about
SAT School Day, please contact the Parent Coordinator Ms. Hu or School Counselor Ms. Park.

Buenas noches, este es el llamado de la Escuela de Estudios
Internacionales East-West con un mensaje importante. Se invita a todos
los estudiantes de 11 ° grado de East-West a tomar el SAT en nuestra

La escuela permanecerá cerrada durante las vacaciones de primavera del lunes 29 de marzo al viernes 2 de abril. Good Evening, This is the East-West School calling with an important announcement about school reopening. Our school building will REOPEN only for in-person students on Tuesday March 23. The school building is only open for students whose parents selected in-person blended learning last Fall. Remote learners should continue to learn remotely every day. 
For in-person students, grades 6, 7, and 8 attend Monday through Friday beginning March 23.
Students in grade 9 and grade 10 attend on B days. Students in grade 11 attend on cycle A days. Students in grade 12 attend on Cycle C days. 
At this time, the DOE is not accepting requests from families to change from Remote Learning to in-person learning.
If you are not sure if your child is a remote learner or in-person, please contact your child's counselor or the parent coordinator.

sobre la reapertura de la escuela. Nuestro edificio escolar se REABRIRÁ solo para los
estudiantes en persona el martes 23 de marzo. El edificio de la escuela solo estará abierto para
los estudiantes cuyos padres seleccionaron el aprendizaje blended o mezclado en persona el
otoño pasado. Los estudiantes remotos deberán seguir aprendiendo de forma remota todos los
días.
