Hello, this is the East-West school of International Studies PTA calling to inform you that our next PTA meeting will be held on Saturday, October 1st at 10:00 a.m. All parents and guardians are cordially invited to attend. Parents will have the opportunity to communicate with the school about their students’ progress and school service. We will be collecting dues and will be selling raffle tickets for $3.00 for a bullet blender. The American Cancer Society will be there to discuss their continuous fight against cancer. Our PTA Cancer walk will be on October 16 at 10:00 a.m. in Fresh Meadows. Our Middle School guidance counselor will be facilitating a High School application workshop immediately following the PTA meeting at 11:00 a.m. for 8th grade families only.   If you have missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at www.ewsis.org. Good Evening, this is the East-West school of International studies calling with an exciting announcement. This Friday, September  16 is First Friday. Come join your child at school between 8:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.  Come observe your child, take a peek into our classrooms and see what we are learning.  We will also give you the opportunity to have “Tea and Talk” with our Principal. Good Evening, This is the East-West School calling to inform you of the following:  Tuesday, June 28th is the last day of school.  Students will only report to school to pick up report cards. Middle School students may pick up their report cards from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.  High School students may pick up their report cards from 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. All seniors must report to room 423 to pick up their diplomas from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  Please note if any student has not returned their textbooks or cleared their lunch accounts they will not receive their report cards.  If you have missed any portion of this message, please visit our website at www.ewsis.org. Los estudiantes de grados 6-8 podrán recoger sus tarjetas de informe de las 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Estudiantes de grado 9-11 podrán recoger sus tarjetas de informe a partir de las 10:00 a.m. a 11:00 a.m. Todos los estudiantes en grado 12 deben informar a la habitación 423 para recoger sus diplomas a partir de las 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Por favor tenga en cuenta que si algún alumno no ha devuelto sus libros de texto o liquidaron sus cuentas almuerzo no recibirán sus tarjetas de informe.
