  • Winter Festival

    Good Evening, this is the East-West school of International Studies calling with an exciting announcement.   Wednesday, December 14th, 2016 is our annual Winter Festival. Come celebrate the East-West Dance, Music and Art programs. The Galley opens at 5:30 p.m. and the concert doors will open at 6:00 p.m. sharp. Tickets are on sale now. Tickets are $3.00 each or $5.00 for two tickets. Students can purchase tickets from Ms. Minckler, Ms. Solomowitz, or Ms. Schnall.  Hope to see you all there.   • PTA Toy Drive

    Good Evening this is the East-West school of International Studies PTA calling with a reminder. We are still collecting toys for our annual Toy Drive.  These toys will benefit children in need from the Urban Women Retreat Shelter. A shelter for domestic abuse. We appreciate all toys from ages newborn to 17 years old. Please no guns or small pieces. Help spread joy with a toy and put a smile on a child’s face this holiday season.   • Parent-Teacher Conferences 2016

    Hello, this is the East-West School of International Studies calling to remind you that Parent Teacher Conferences will take place Thursday, November 17th, 2016. The session will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. As well as, November 18th, 2016, from 12:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. Progress reports will be distributed as well.   • Smile Dental Program

    Good Evening, this is the East-West School of International studies calling. We have GREAT news!  We are partners with the Smile Dental Program to bring a dental clinic into school on November 23, 2016.The children will receive prevention services, exam, cleaning, fluoride, sealants and x-rays if necessary to prevent decay. No need to miss school for dental appointments!

    All you need to do is to sign the permission form that has been sent home and return it TOMORROW. All children are seen, even if they don’t have insurance. In order for your child to be seen you MUST return a signed form. Together we can keep our children healthy, in school and learning!
